  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.) processing time may take additional 1–2 days.

  1. Shipping Destination & Delivery Areas
    We currently ship within India only — to all states/union territories (subject to courier service availability).

If there are certain remote pin codes or restricted areas where we can’t deliver, we will inform you at checkout or contact you directly.

  1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
    We use trusted courier partners or local shipping services.

Standard shipping is the default option. If you select “Cash on Delivery (COD)” (or any other special option), additional costs may apply.

For bulk orders or corporate orders, special shipping arrangements may be offered — contact us for details.

  1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping (if applicable)
    Prepaid orders: Shipping is charged at checkout as per the delivery address (flat-rate or weight-based as applicable).

Free shipping offer (optional): If order value exceeds ₹[X], we offer free standard shipping within India.

COD orders: An additional COD fee of ₹[Y] may apply.

Any extra charges (remote-area surcharge, bulky packaging, etc.) will be clearly communicated before checkout.

*These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

  1. Order Tracking & Notifications
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email / SMS containing the tracking number.

You can track the status of your order on the courier’s website or via the link provided in the email/SMS.

  1. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
    Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the parcel is damaged, accept it only after documenting visible damage (photos) and inform us immediately.

If you don’t receive the order within the expected delivery time, you may contact us at [contact email/phone] — we will track the shipment and coordinate with the courier.

For lost shipments (confirmed by courier), we will offer a reshipment or refund, depending on order value and availability.

  1. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations (summary)
    Our shipping policy works in conjunction with our Return & Exchange Policy.

For returns or exchanges, you must notify us within [X] days of delivery (if unused, unworn, clothes tags intact, as per our Return/Exchange Policy).

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damaged goods or our error.

  1. Limitations & Exceptions
    We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse shipping to certain pin codes (remote or unserviceable areas).

Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during festivals, natural calamities, courier strikes, or public holidays.
