We strive to offer you high-quality apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and/or process refunds, subject to the conditions below.

  1. Return / Exchange Eligibility
    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and returned along with the original invoice/receipt or order number.

Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, without any marks, odors, damage, or alteration.

  1. When Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Are Allowed
    We accept returns/exchanges (or refund) in the following cases:

Item is defective, damaged, or has manufacturing faults.

Item received does not match the product description, size chart, or photos on our website.

Wrong item was shipped (wrong size/colour/style).

(Optional — if you allow) Change-of-mind returns: customer simply does not want the item (subject to eligibility conditions above and return within time window).

  1. Non-returnable Items (if any)
    Some types of products are not eligible for return or refund, such as:

Items purchased on clearance or sale (if you want to exclude them).

Customised or made-to-order items (if you offer customization).

Items that have been used, washed, or have missing tags.

  1. Return Process
    To request a return or exchange:

Contact our Customer Service within 2 days of delivery, at [email/phone] — provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if item is damaged/defective).

Once approved, package the item securely (with original tags and packaging) and ship it back to us at the address we provide.

Use a traceable/shippable courier service; keep the shipping receipt or tracking number for reference.

  1. Refund Method & Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email / phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (e.g. card, UPI, net-banking) or, if requested, as store credit.

  1. Shipping / Return Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong item — we will bear the cost of return shipping.

If the return is for “change of mind” — return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  1. Cancellation Policy (Pre-shipment)
    If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at [email/phone]. We will cancel the order and refund the amount in full.
